Every capture is delivered with a documented chain of custody: raw imagery, calibration data, and the trained splat scene are retained for a minimum of five years unless a client requests earlier deletion. Ownership of the resulting 3D asset transfers to the client on final payment — Voluma retains no license to resell or redistribute a client’s capture. Museum and heritage clients receive an additional preservation-grade archival package (uncompressed point cloud + full capture metadata) suitable for long-term institutional storage.
