VOLUMETRIC CAPTURE & DIGITAL-TWIN STUDIO

We scan the world into something you can hold, orbit, and ship.

Multi-camera photogrammetry rigs, LiDAR fusion, and real-time Gaussian Splatting turn a physical object, room, or site into a living 3D asset — browser-native, no plugin, orbiting below at full capture fidelity.

The capture pipeline

From photons to point cloud in one session.

Every capture runs through the same four-stage pipeline, whether the subject is a hand-thrown ceramic or a 40,000-square-foot facility.

Point-cloud assembly preview — enable motion to view live.
  1. Multi-view acquisition

A camera rig or drone sweep captures hundreds to thousands of overlapping views of the subject.

  2. Structure-from-motion alignment

Every frame is registered into one coordinate space, recovering camera poses and a sparse point cloud.

  3. Gaussian splat training

Millions of oriented 3D gaussians are optimised against the source photos until the scene renders in real time.

  4. Export & delivery

The scene ships as a live splat viewer, a textured mesh, a point cloud, or all three — whatever your pipeline needs.

Who we capture for

Five industries, one capture pipeline.

Heritage & Museums

Museum-grade digitisation of artifacts, sculpture, and historic interiors for conservation records, remote exhibits, and disaster-recovery archives.

Real Estate

Full-fidelity walkthroughs of listings and commercial space — every scuff and light fixture as it actually is, not a rendering.

E-Commerce & Retail

Product captures that replace the studio photo shoot with an object a shopper can rotate, zoom, and trust.

Film & VFX

On-set and location capture for previs, virtual production LED volumes, and asset reference that survives a wrap.

Industrial & Engineering

As-built digital twins of plant floors and facilities for maintenance planning, retrofit design, and remote inspection.

Capture fidelity

Raw splat. Retopologised mesh. Fully textured.

Every capture is delivered in whichever form your pipeline actually consumes — a live splat scene for the web, a clean mesh for CAD and game engines, or a fully textured asset ready to light. Switch between them on the same capture below.

From the field

What a capture actually changes.

“The retrofit was designed against a twin that matched the hall to the millimetre — not the thirty-year-old as-builts we used to work from.”

Tomás Reyes
Facilities Engineering Lead, Meridian Power & Utilities

“We had a working reference scene before the maquette left the shop. Nobody on the team was reconstructing geometry from photos anymore.”

Iris Faulkner
Previs Supervisor, Northbank Pictures

“Return rates on the fourteen bags we scanned dropped by a third. Customers stop guessing what the leather actually looks like in hand.”

Marchand Solene
Founder, Solene & Marchand

From the founder

“A photograph is a record of light from one angle at one instant. What we build is a record of a thing itself.”

Priya Ancheta — Founder & Technical Director

Voluma was founded on a simple frustration: every other way of documenting a physical thing — photography, video, even traditional 3D scanning — throws away information the moment you press the shutter. Gaussian Splatting keeps it. Every capture we deliver is the actual optical record of your object, not an artist's approximation of it.

That distinction matters most when the physical thing eventually changes, moves, or is gone — a museum piece, a building before renovation, a production line before a retrofit. We're building the archive that outlasts the object.
